No matter how far the cellphone technology has gone, one thing that is still lacking is the ability to connect a USB flash drive and copy/paste files between them. Now my long wait is over as a new feature for cellphones has been developed. It’s called USB on-the-go or USB OTG for short. It has the ability connect, read/write and and copy/paste between USB devices and other cellphones that supports USB OTG. Usually we need a computer to transfer files to our cellphones, but now we don’t need them to share or copy files from a USB device.

We all know that cellphone technology has come a long way from just a simple communication device. Now, a team of scientist from Simon Fraser University’s School of Interactive Arts and Technology (SIAT) has turned cellphones into robots. The adorable bots can dance, walk, gesture and display emotion when directed by incoming calls or text messages. Cally and Callo were built by Ji-Dong Yim and Chris Shaw to bring robots into everyone’s daily lives, while helping to personalize the cell phone communication experience.
