CELLPHONE ROBOT
We all know that cellphone technology has come a long way from just a simple communication device. Now, a team of scientist from Simon Fraser University?s School of Interactive Arts and Technology (SIAT) has turned cellphones into robots. The adorable bots can dance, walk, gesture and display emotion when directed by incoming calls or text messages. Cally and Callo were built by Ji-Dong Yim and Chris Shaw to bring robots into everyone?s daily lives, while helping to personalize the cell phone communication experience.
