I’m afraid most china phones do not have a configurable menu for GPRS settings. I only encountered one model and that is myphone dual sim phones. My advice is…get yourself a decent cellphone. There are lots of cheap ones out there. Even my secondary nokia 2630 have a working GPRS and MMS setiings.
